We met some great people during our time in Kauai, Hawaii, and the DeFries family is right at the top of the list. Mrs. Sandy and her family hooked us up when we stopped by to try their famous "shaved ice. Due to their tremendous hospitality, we left the Anahola Fairgrounds with a plate of DeFries chicken, roasted pork, veggies and mac salad for dinner! THANKS Mrs. Sandy! You guys are truly "Da Best!"
